Cancelling Orders
Hit the Submit Order button before you were ready? We’ll do our best to help. Reach out to our Customer Service team via phone or Email for immediate assistance within 60 minutes of placing your order. (Keep in mind, we’re unable to edit or make changes to orders.) If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to cancel your order. We can always walk you through our easy returns process.
Order Status
To check your order status, click here! If you have a Letsfit account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the My Dashboard page, under recent orders.
It typically takes 2 business days for an order to ship. If you need further assistance, please click here to email us.
Change orders
Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, we’d be happy to start a return for you for the looks you didn’t mean to order.
Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:
CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Your credit card will be billed upon processing of your order.
PAYPAL
We also accept payments through PayPal.
You will be charged when we ship your order. We will update you with a shipping confirmation email at that time. A pre-authorization is placed onto your credit card when you submit your order, but we don’t process the payment until the order has been shipped.
We do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except your address which is necessary in order for us to fulfil your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
