When can I receive my order?
We promise a 2 to 5 business days delivery for average orders.
Please note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
Shipping estimates are provided by Amazon Logistics. We have been advised that dispatch may be taking a little longer due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Please kindly allow extra time for shipping delays.

How can I change the delivery address of my package or cancel the order after it has been shipped out?
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:
1. Changing the item
2. Delivery/billing address
3. Adding items to your order
